We are hiring a proactive and friendly Admission Counselor at Edufynx to guide students seeking admission in B.Tech programs. The role involves interacting with students and parents, explaining available colleges and courses, and assisting them throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with students interested in B.Tech admissions
Provide detailed guidance on colleges, branches, eligibility, and admission procedures (AKTU / Direct / Management Quota)
Handle walk-in students and resolve their queries at the office
Assist students in filling out application forms and completing admission formalities
Maintain accurate student data and update records in the system
Achieve daily calling targets and monthly admission goals
🎓 Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
🗣️ Communication Skills: Clear Hindi + basic English speaking & understanding
💻 Computer Knowledge: Basic typing, MS Excel/CRM handling
🎯 Convincing Ability: Strong persuasion & counseling skills
🤝 Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, confident, and presentable personality
⏳ Experience (Preferred): Telecalling / Sales / Admission Counseling
🧠 Problem Solving: Ability to handle student queries calmly and effectively
📈 Target Oriented: Comfortable with daily calling targets & monthly goals
📍 Location Ready: Willing to work from Greater Noida office
