We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele Caller to contact potential or existing customers over the phone. The role involves explaining products or services, answering customer queries, and generating leads or sales while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Requirements
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to speak clearly and confidently
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, or call software)
Good listening and persuasion skills
Ability to handle rejection and remain polite
Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
Qualifications
Minimum: 10+2 (High school) or equivalent
Graduation is a plus but not mandatory
Prior experience as a Tele Caller or Telemarketer is an advantage
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
