Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Ayurvedic medicines and wellness products.

Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about products, benefits, usage, and pricing.

Understand customer health concerns and suggest suitable Ayurvedic solutions (as per company guidelines).

Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales.

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales in CRM/software.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Address customer objections professionally and build long-term relationships.

Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

Handle customer feedback and complaints to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
  • 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (Healthcare/Ayurveda experience preferred).
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Ayurvedic medicines and wellness products is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle sales targets and work in a performance-driven environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).
  • Good listening skills and a positive attitude.
  • Fluency in Hindi (additional regional languages is a plus).
