Job Description
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Ayurvedic medicines and wellness products.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about products, benefits, usage, and pricing.
Understand customer health concerns and suggest suitable Ayurvedic solutions (as per company guidelines).
Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales in CRM/software.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Address customer objections professionally and build long-term relationships.
Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Handle customer feedback and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
